November 2018 Goals Update

But, I didn’t want to fully immerse into December without providing an update on my goals for November 2018. I love planning and to do lists. Even more, I love to cross things off. And, I am becoming more fond of setting goals. I am an idea person and I consider myself to be creative in some aspects of my life. However, I can have tons of ideas! Sometimes, I can just lose track of all of them. Or, simply get discouraged, because they didn’t come into fruition as I had envisioned

What Not to Say to A Miscarriage Survivor

First, we must say congratulations to Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade for welcoming a baby girl into this world!

How awesome of her to share her blessing with the world. You may have been like me and didn’t know they were expecting. And, I totally get that. Oftentimes, you are scared to share the news of an impending birth once you have had multiple losses. You are just trying to make it to the finish line.

October Baby Loss Awareness Month

Because of my seven pregnancy losses, the observance of Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month is important to me.

During this month, families recognize the loss of their angel babies during pregnancy, at birth or the early stages of infancy. October 15 is considered PAIL AWARENESS DAY. And, families are encouraged to light a candle in memory of their angel babies at 7pm.
